The USA harbors Ecuadorian fugitives and coup-plotters

The U.S. government has urged Ecuador not to grant political asylum to Edward Snowden, a former technician of the U.S. secret services, while it has been giving shelter for years to several individuals sought by Ecuadorian justice and allowing coup-plotters against the South American nation to use its territory to conspire.

Snowden, whom many consider to be a true hero, sought refuge in Ecuador after revealing Internet monitoring programs implemented by the authorities of his country. Meanwhile, the U.S. government unscrupulously welcomes and gives protection to Ecuadorian national criminals such as former President Jamil Mahuad Witt, bankers-scammers and coup-plotters llike Roberto Isaias and the former director of Ecuadorian military intelligence and CIA agent, Mario Pazmino.

THE PRESIDENT WHO CAUSED THOUSANDS OF ECUADORIANS TO GO INTO EXILE

The political and economic decisions made by the government of Mahuad generated, in addition to the victims of savage repression, the outflow of two million Ecuadorians abroad.

PAZMIÑO: A CIA AGENT AND TORTURER

First-class traitor Pazmiño informed his CIA bosses during the bombing operation of a FARC camp in Angostura, on March 1, 2008, that 26 people were killed, including "Raul Reyes".

Granted asylum in the United States, Pazmiño didn't stop for a moment his conspiring against the government of President Rafael Correa.

Seven days before the attempted coup in Ecuador, Pazmiño appeared as one of the leading conspirators at a meeting held in Miami with his partner, the torturer Gustavo Lemus. They were surrounded by several Cuban counter-revolutionaries identified with terrorism, including Carlos Alberto Montaner.

Lemus, who is also in the U.S. under CIA protection, is known in Ecuador as a torturer and charged with covering up the murder of two teenagers when he was leader of the Social Christian torturers in the government of León Febres Cordero (1984-1988).

REMEMBER AGENT MARK SULLIVAN

Regarding intelligence service agents, the State Department, which is looking for Edward Snowden, omitted remembering that it sent Mark Sullivan, the CIA station chief, to the South American nation, from which he was expelled on May 18, 2009.

JEAN-GUY ALLARD - El gobierno de Estados Unidos instó a Ecuador a no conceder asilo político a Edward Snowden, ex técnico de los servicios secretos estadounidenses, mientras da refugio desde años a varios individuos buscados por la Justicia ecuatoriana y permite a golpistas de la nación sudamericana a utilizar su territorio para conspirar.

Snowden que muchos consideran como un verdadero heroe, solicitó refugio a Ecuador tras revelar programas de vigilancia de Internet implementados por las autoridades de su país. Apenas conocida la información, Washington manifestaba su oposición a que su ex analista pueda recibir asilo en esta nación que ya acoge en su Embajada de Londres, el “disidente” Julian Assange, creador de Wikileaks.

Mientras tanto, el Gobierno norteamericano, acoge sin el menor escrúpulo y da protección a delincuentes de nacionalidad ecuatoriana tales como el ex presidente Jamil Mahuad Witt, los banqueros estafadores y golpistas Roberto Isaias y el ex Director de inteligencia del ejército ecuatoriano y agente CIA, Mario Pazmiño.

EL PRESIDENTE QUE PROVOCÓ EL EXILO DE MILES DE EUATORIANO

Las decisiones políticas y económicas que tomó el gobierno de Mahuad generaron, además de las víctimas de salvaje represión, causó la salida de dos millones de ecuatorianos al exterior.

El 21 de enero de 2000 Jamil Mahuad, cuando aún no cumplía dos años de su mandato, fue obligado a renunciar por la presión de decenas de miles de ecuatorianos, un verdadero levantamiento popular que incluía a indígenas y trabajadores.

La justicia ecuatoriana difundió ya a finales de 2011 una orden de captura contra Mahuad para que el ex mandatario ecuatoriano estafador pueda ser localizado y capturado. Poco después, bajo presiones estadounidenses, la Interpol rechazó el pedido de Quito, lo que provocó protestas de Ecuador incluso del propio presidente Rafael Correa.

“Existen nuevos instrumentos de dominación, por ejemplo la Interpol, que juzga a nuestras cortes, a nuestros jueces y archiva la orden de prisión en contra de Jamil Mahuad”, declaró entonces el mandatario.

PROTECCIÓN A LOS BANQUEROS GANSTERS ISAIAS

Hace apenas unas semanas, El juez estadounidense de Florida, John Thornton, falló a favor de los hermanos banqueros Roberto y Willian Isaías Dassum, dueños del quebrado banco ecuatoriano. Los dos delincuentes financieros adeudan no menos de 264 millones de dólares al pueblo ecuatoriano.

“Todo el mundo conoce que estos banqueros se llevaron la plata de los depositantes y del Estado ecuatoriano y que viven como reyezuelos en Miami”, cuenta el abogado ecuatoriano Carlos Bravo.

“Esa es una realidad. Se hizo una investigación y ellos tienen muchísimos bienes y muchísimas inversiones en Estados Unidos, concretamente en Miami, dicho por ellos mismos: que tienen ahora una subsidiaria de la cadena CNN en Orlando, en Tampa; que están abriendo un canal para transmitir informaciones, un canal latino en la ciudad de Miami; tienen inversiones petroleras; tienen una red de colegios privados, en fin, inauguran edificios inteligentes como en Coral Way”.

Los Isaias, viven en Cocoplum, el barrio más exclusivo de Coral Gables (Miami). Bajo la protección del gobierno estadounidense.

PAZMIÑO AGENTE DE LA CIA Y TORTURADOR

Mario Raúl Pazmiño, ex jefe de la inteligencia militar ecuatoriana fue expulsado del ejército por su colaboración con la CIA norteamericana y sus numerosas “filtraciones” de informaciones secretas a sus controladores norteamericanos y frustrar un operativo contra narcotraficantes.

Durante años, Pazmiño, ultraderechista militante, se dedicó a conformar con algunos de sus semejantes la llamada Legión Blanca, grupo clandestino de perfil fascista, terrorista, que se dedicó a atacar a izquierdistas. Con orientaciones del Norte.

Traidor de primera, Pazmiño informó a sus jefes de la CIA durante la operación de bombardeo del 1 de marzo de 2008 a un campamento de las FARC en Angostura, en el que murieron 26 personas, entre ellas "Raúl Reyes”.

Asilado en Estados Unidos, Pazmiño no dejo un solo instante de conspirar contra el Gobierno del Presidente Rafael Correa.

Siete días antes del intento de golpe de estado en Ecuador, Pazmiño aparece como uno de los líderes en la reunión conspirativa sostenida en Miami con su socio el torturador Gustavo Lemus. Se encuentra entonces rodeado por varios contrarrevolucionarios cubanos identificados al terrorismo, entre los cuales Carlos Alberto Montaner.

Lemus, también en EEUU bajo protección CIA, es denunciado en Ecuador como torturador y acusado de haber encubierto el asesinato de dos adolescentes cuando era jefe de los torturadores en el gobierno socialcristiano de León Febres Cordero (1984-1988).

RECUERDESE DEL AGENTE MARK SULLIVAN

En materia de agentes de servicio de Inteligencia, el Departamento de Estado, que reclama a Edward Snowden, omite recordarse que situó en la nación sudamericana a Mark Sullivan, Director de la estación CIA que fue expulsado el 18 de mayo del 2009 del país andino.

En su bunker de la Avenida Avigiras en el norte de Quito, trabajaba bajo el engañoso titulo de primer secretario de la Embajada de Estados Unidos, dirigiendo febrilmente los numerosos agentes de inteligencia escondidos entre los 185 empleados estadounidenses de la embajada gringa.

Sullivan coordinaba como si fuera en su casa las acciones con el DAS (la inteligencia colombiana) y las Fuerzas Armadas de Colombia, en comunicación constante con Michael Steere, el jefe de la estación CIA en Venezuela.

La Embajada de Estados Unidos en Quito es donde trabajó el agente CIA arrepentido Philip Agee quién explicó luego el uso sistemático de técnicas de corrupción de parte de la CIA para adquirirse la ”buena voluntad” de oficiales de policía.

Agee luego se dedicó a denunciar las actividades ya escandalosas de la inteligencia norteamericana, mucho antes de Assange y Snowden.
