It is perfectly known that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is an organization whose activities have covered all the continents around the world. Its main objective has always been the defense of the United States interests, without having any boundaries or limit to his operations. ¨Company¨ methods includes assassination, crimes, sabotage, terrorist actions, tortures and international law violations, that have been broadly denounced.

The behavior of the CIA has provided the agency with a lousy reputation. In certain circumstances, this has become a severe handicap to achieve their objectives . To avoid any kind of exposure, the agency has adopted a working system with the cooperation of other foreign services, that involves them directly in CIA operations,.

The cooperation between espionage services is not new. The United States used this resource during the Second World War, mainly with France and England. Throughout the Cold War period, this kind of cooperation widened up to other European countries, members of the NATO, and even to countries like Australia and New Zealand. To share information was their main purpose.

In Latin America, the cooperation with the CIA had an specific task, to curb the national liberation movements. A huge amount of operations have been developed in different countries , hundreds of peole were killed and torture. Condor Operation; Success Operation in Guatemala; the overthrow of Juan Bosch; Joäo Goulart and Salvador Allende; the execution of Ernesto Guevara (Che) and the several attempts to assassinate Commander in Chief, Fidel Castro Ruz, could be mentioned as example of that policy.

Bundesnachrichtenndients (BND).

One of the espionage agencies that manteins a broad collaboration with the CIA is the German Bundesnachrichtenndients (BND). Since the first months of 2003, the intelligence officers of this agency participated in CIA activities related with terrorism. The headquarters for that operation were in a facility known as Camolín, located in the suburbs of Paris, where also worked French, British, Canadian and Australian intelligence officers. At Camolín, in addition to the exchange of information, the services coordinated activities in which prisoners were tortured.

In the interest of CIA activities, BND tasked two of its agents in Baghdad with the location of important targets. This information, as confirmed by a senior Pentagon official, was used in the bombings of April 2003 against that city.

On April 7th, 2003; these two agents were requested by the CIA to check if a motorcade of black Mercedes, outside a restaurant, was carrying Saddam Hussein. Few minutes after receiving confirmation from the agents, four satellite-guided missiles wrecked the place. The information of these two agents was transmitted to the CIA from the station of BND in Pullach.

BND officers participated in the kidnapping and interrogation of alleged terrorists carried out in secret prisons of third countries, as the kidnapping of Khaled Al-Masri, a German citizen of Lebanese origin, and the interrogation of Mohammed Haydan Zummar, also a German citizen, that took place in a Syrian jail, where he was imprisoned for three years.

MI5

England’s MI5 service also keeps a broad cooperation with the CIA, especially in the exchange of information and execution of joint activities, including secret flights for the transfer of detained “terrorists”.

Recently, a joint operation between MI5 and CIA was exposed. The British Service requested and obtained a great deal of biographical information. The objective was to study the information and determine people that could be considered potentially dangerous. This information was requested on a confidential basis and on the assumption that it will be kept in MI5 main center in Thames House, Whitehall, protected according with the English laws.

Afterwards, it was known that the information was included in the computer servers of Whatcounts, Inc, an enterprise whith headquarters in Seattle, Washington. This company had strong links with the Voice of Americas and also with the CIA.

SISMI

There are evidence of collaboration between the Italian Intelligence ( SISMI ) and the CIA in the kidnapping at Milan of Abu Omar, the Bosnia and Afghanistan ex-combatant. The operation was carried out on February 17th, 2003, directed by Bob Lady, CIA station chief in Milan with the participation of nine CIA officers and a group SISMI officers.

After kidnapping Abu Omar, they took him to the American military base of Aviano, approximately 100 kilometers from Milan, where they tortured and interrogated him. Some weeks later, Omar was transferred to the base of Ramstein in Germany and from there to another American military base in Egypt where the interrogations and the tortures continued. More than 3,000 people has been kidnapped and taken to jails in Marroco, Jordan, Pakistan and Uzbequistan, where they received the same treatment that Omar.

The CIA is not alone. This agency is escorted by criminals, murders, torturers and low-natured people. Tell me whom you get along, and I will tell you who you are.

Es perfectamente conocido que la Agencia Central de Inteligencia ( CIA ), es una organización cuyas actividades han cubierto todos los continentes del Mundo. Su principal objetivo siempre ha sido la defensa de los intereses de Estados Unidos, sin tener medida alguna para realizar sus operaciones. Sus métodos, que incluyen crímenes horrendos, sabotajes, acciones terroristas, torturas y la violación de leyes internacionales han sido ampliamente denunciados.

Este actuar de la CIA ha promovido una mala reputación a la agencia, lo que en ciertas y determinadas circunstancias se ha convertido en un impedimento para la consecución directa de sus objetivos. Como esto sucede con bastante frecuencia, la agencia adoptó un sistema de trabajo que no impide el continuar sus operaciones, aunque esto sea necesario hacerlo por medio de la cooperación de otros servicios de espionaje con los que mantiene amplias relaciones.

La cooperación con otras agencias de espionaje no es nueva. Estados Unidos utilizó ese recurso durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, principalmente con Francia e Inglaterra. Durante la etapa de la llamada Guerra Fría este tipo de cooperación se amplió a países europeos miembros de la OTAN e inclusive algunos de otros continentes como Australia y Nueva Zelanda.

En América Latina la cooperación con la CIA tuvo gran importancia, en especial para reprimir los movimientos de liberación nacional. Un buen número de operaciones se desarrollaron en el continente americano, que costó la vida a miles de personas. Pudieran citarse entre otras la Operación Cóndor, la Operación Succes en Guatemala, el derrocamiento de Juan Bosch, Joäo Goulart y Salvador Allende; el asesinato del Che en Bolivia y los múltiples intentos de asesinato contra el Comandante en Jefe Fidel Castro.

Una de las agencias de espionaje que mantiene amplia colaboración con la CIA es la Bundesnachrichtendienst de Alemania (BND). Desde los primeros meses del año 2003 los oficiales de inteligencia de esta agencia participaron en actividades de la CIA relacionadas con la cacería de terroristas. Estas operaciones se dirigían desde una instalación denominada Camolin en las afueras de París donde también trabajaban oficiales de inteligencia franceses, ingleses, canadienses y australianos. Además del intercambio de información, en Camolín se coordinaban actividades en las que se torturó a los detenidos.

La BND asignó tareas de localización de objetivos importantes a dos agentes suyos que se encontraban en Bagdad. Esta información, según confirmó un alto funcionario del Pentágono, fue utilizada para realizar los bombardeos que se efectuaron durante el mes de Abril del 2003 contra dicha ciudad. El 7 de Abril del 2003, esos dos agentes, recibieron la petición de la CIA de verificar si una caravana de vehículos Mercedes Benz, color negro, que se encontraba en las afueras de un restaurante conducía a Saddam Hussein. Pocos minutos después de recibirse la confirmación de los agentes cuatro bombas dirigidas por satélite arrasaban con el lugar. La información de estos dos agentes se trasmitió a la CIA desde el Centro Principal de la BND en Pullach.

Los oficiales de la BND participaron en el secuestro e interrogatorio de presuntos terroristas que se llevaba a cabo en prisiones secretas en terceros países, como el secuestro de Khaled al-Masri, ciudadano alemán descendiente de libaneses y el interrogatorio de Mohammed Haydar Zammar, también ciudadano alemán, que se efectuó en una cárcel de Siria donde estuvo recluido por tres años.

El servicio MI5 de Inglaterra también mantiene una amplia cooperación con la CIA, especialmente en el intercambio de información y en la realización de actividades conjuntas, incluyendo en esto los vuelos secretos para el traslado de ¨terroristas¨ detenidos.

Recientemente se conoció de una operación conjunta entre el MI5 y la CIA, mediante la cual el MI5 solicitó y obtuvo una gran cantidad de información biográfica sobre personas, con el fin de estudiarlas y poder determinar cuales de esas pudieran considerarse potencialmente peligrosas. Esta información se solicitó con carácter confidencial y los que la brindaron pensaban que la misma se guardaría en el Centro Principal del MI5 en Thames House, Whitehall, por lo que la información estaría protegida acorde a las leyes inglesas.

Posteriormente se conoció que la información se almacenó en el banco de computadoras de una empresa denominada Whatcounts, Inc. cuya casa matriz se encuentra en Seattle, Estado de Washington la cual tiene fuertes vinculaciones con la Voz de las Américas y por medio de esta con la CIA.

Existen evidencias de la colaboración de la Inteligencia Italiana con la CIA en la operación mediante la cual secuestraron en Milan al excombatiente de Bosnia y Afganistán, Abu Omar. Esta operación que se efectuó el 17 de febrero del 2003 estuvo dirigida por Bob Lady, jefe de Centro en Milán; en la misma participaron nueve oficiales CIA y algunos oficiales italianos.

Después de secuestrar a Omar lo condujeron a la base militar estadounidense de Aviano, aproximadamente a 100 kilómetros de Milán, donde lo torturaron e interrogaron. Semanas más tarde fue trasladado a la base de Ramstein en Alemania y de ahí a una base militar norteamericana en Egipto donde continuaron los interrogatorios y las torturas. Otros secuestrados, se calcula hasta el número de aproximadamente 3,000, han sido conducidos a cárceles en Marruecos, Jordania, Pakistan y Uzbekistán donde se les ha aplicado similar tratamiento que a Omar.

La CIA no esta sola. Está acompañada de delincuentes, asesinos, torturadores y gente de la más baja calaña. Dime con quién andas y te diré quien eres.
